What is Micro-Cogeneration?

Cogeneration is the simultaneous production of electricity and thermal heat, with the same facility, both types being used as utility.

Micro-Cogeneration refers to cogeneration systems up to 100 kWe, installed electrical power.

The role of Micro-Cogeneration equipment is to be a complementary source of energy, installed at the place of consumption, able to cover the consumption of the consumer facility, the factory or the building.
